PRESIDENT Stephen R. Cuddy, AIA, LEED AP Stephen R. Cuddy, Architect is a Napa County resident, and married with two children. Stephen graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1976. He is the principal design architect for MCA Architecture, which started in 1982 in Sacramento, opened a second office in Fairfield in 1996 and relocated to Napa in 1998. Stephen is best known in Napa for his work with the Napa Mill Complex which includes the Historic Hatt Buildings, home to the Napa River Inn Hotel, and, more recently, Napa Square, a new downtown commercial mixed use development featuring office, service commercial, retail and restaurant businesses. As a principal architect with MCA, Stephen has worked on numerous historic building types including Fire Stations, Court Houses, Mills & Warehouses, Hotels, Retail/Office Buildings and Single & Multi-family Residences. Stephen is also a member of the Napa Valley Architects Exchange. |

VICE PRESIDENT Sarah Van Giesen Born in Redwood City and raised in Santa Rosa, Sarah Van Giesen has made the Bay Area her home for most of her life. After graduating in 1988 from UC Berkeley with a major in Architecture, Sarah moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington to study for a Masters in Architecture with a Certificate in Historic Preservation and Planning in 1994. In 2000, Sarah relocated to Napa to start a design practice as well as a new family life. Sarah is the proud mother of two active boys who are just starting their educational careers as Gators at Alta Heights Elementary School. Sarah was appointed to the City of Napa Cultural Heritage Commission in 2003 and currently sits as the acting Chairperson. In addition, Sarah is also a member of the Steering Committee for the Downtown Napa Specific Plan. |

SECRETARY Lisa Lindsey Lisa Lindsey is the founder of “Save our Silos," a nascent organization of citizens interested in saving and restoring the historic cement silos and rotunda buildings in American Canyon. She also serves as a member of the Traffic Circulation Committee, the “If Given a Chance” Fashion Show Committee, and the Youth Services Community Group in American Canyon. |

TREASURER John Sensenbaugh John Sensenbaugh has lived in Napa nearly 32 years and is currently on the Democrats of Napa Valley Central Committee. He served two terms on the Napa Cultural Heritage Commission (the last as chairman) and occasionally volunteers through the Volunteer Center of Napa. He owns Limpio Laundry, a coin-operated laundry in Napa and has owned and renovated two older homes in Napa’s Abajo district. |

PAC CO-CHAIR Mary Ellen Boyet Retired high school French teacher Mary Ellen Boyet originally joined Landmarks’ Board of Directors in Fall 1999. She guided the Spring 2000 organization of the Preservation Action Committee as an original co-chair, an appointment she still retains. As a teacher, Mary Ellen did staff development work and for many years served on the Board and negotiating team of the Napa Valley Educators Association. |

George Boyet Originally from Oklahoma, holding an Master’s degree from Oklahoma State University, George M. Boyet came West to work on a Ph.D at the University of Oregon until hired by Napa Valley College in 1958 to teach History, Political Science, and Sociology. After his retirement in 1991, he became seriously interested in local history, and is now on the Board of the Napa County Historical Society. He currently teaches classes on local history for Elderhostel. Active in politics almost his entire life, George Boyet has served on the boards of numerous non-profits, such as ALDEA, Legal Aid, and was the President of the Napa Library Commission. |

PAC CO-CHAIR Linda Kerr Linda Kerr is a second-generation native Napan and has a deep appreciation for our counties historic buildings and sites. Linda received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis and pursued a career as an analyst in the electricity generation field. She is a co-leader of the neighborhood advocacy group, In Harm’s Way, Citizens for Napa Creek Neighborhood Flood Protection. Currently, Linda volunteers as a docent for Landmarks’ walking tour program and is co-chair of the Preservation Action Committee. |

Lloyd Llewelyn Lloyd graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. He then earned his J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law at Berkeley. Lloyd began his practice in 2001, working with the appellate, intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation groups in the San Francisco office of one of the largest law firms in the world. Lloyd joined Coombs & Dunlap in 2004 where he applies his skills in civil litigation to the disputes of the Napa Valley. In the past, Lloyd has served as Secretary on Napa County Landmarks’ Board of Directors. Outside of the practicing law, Lloyd enjoys spending time with his family, preparing and eating food and playing music. He is the drummer in the critically-acclaimed rock duo Lloyd's Garage, and a budding jazz pianist. |

Garret Murphy Garret Murphy has lived in Napa for 15 years, and although he was born in Boston, his French accent comes from Paris, France, where he was raised. Murphy founded Vintner's Collective, a multi-winery tasting room located in the Pfeiffer Building, Napa’s oldest commercial building. The former brewery and saloon dates from 1875 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Murphy also serves on the Napa Downtown Steering Plan Committee. He and his wife Kim own a residence in the historic downtown area of Napa and have two daughters, Manon and Juliette. |

Juliana Inman, AIA Juliana Inman was born in Greensboro, NC. She graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC in 1974. She has been a licensed architect in California since 1984 and was elected to the Napa City Council in 2006. Her first professional involvement in historic preservation was in 1976 as assistant construction superintendent for the restoration of the 1890 North Carolina Governor’s Mansion. Juliana established her architecture firm in Napa in 1990. In 1993, she was awarded Landmarks' Volunteer of the Year for her efforts to save the Napa County Hall of Records. She is mother of twins Joseph and Anna Pfeifer, both of whom graduated from Napa High School. |
